I like the design, by the way
There are no stats yet, as the setting is still a work-in-progress. He is supposed to be a survivor of the Philadelphia-Experiment, which took place on the USS Eldridge, thus the name. Instead of becoming invisible, the ship changed dimensions, which took away Eldridge's sanity (as there are infinite possibilities, none of his actions would matter, as somewhere, he would not have succeeded etc.) driving him to fatalistic and nihilistic madness.
Accordingly, his powers would mainly circle around his dimension-shifting, though he is not meant to be a very powerful (yet very dangerous and threatening) adversary.
